Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is broken, not functioning properly, or doesn’t meet quality standards, rest assured that we are committed to resolving the issue for you. Note: In order to better assist you and expedite your claim, our support team may request video or image evidence to validate the fault.
Faulty Item Warranty Duration
We offer a return and claim period of up to 90 days from the delivery date for faulty hardware or manufacturing defects. This gives you ample time to thoroughly inspect your vaping products and ensure they align with your expectations.
Conditions for Return
Regrettably, items that are physically damaged due to user misuse, drops, or improper handling cannot be returned. This includes products that have been broken, water-damaged, or are no longer in clean/good hygienic condition. Our aim is to ensure you receive products in pristine condition; therefore, we are unable to accept returns for items that have sustained external damage after delivery.
Processing Time (Faulty Items)
We understand the importance of prompt resolutions. Once your faulty item is received and inspected at our facility, refunds, replacements, or store credits take approximately 3 business days to process.
Missing or Incorrect Items
In the rare event of missing or incorrect items in your order, please report them within 48 hours after delivery. It is highly advised to thoroughly inspect your parcel as soon as it arrives.
Disputes may take up to 72 hours or longer to resolve, depending on the circumstances. We meticulously monitor our dispatch and packaging process to expedite resolutions. To facilitate this, we encourage you to submit as much evidence as possible, such as photographic proof or an unboxing video of the parcel.

For refunds, adjustments, or reshipments related to missing items, the processing time is approximately 5 business days after verification.

How to Return Faulty Items:

Once authorized, package the item securely and include a note with your Order Number and Name inside the return parcel so our warehouse team can easily identify it during inspection.

Expired Items
